Is wine tasting free in Margaret River?
Most Margaret River wineries charge a small tasting fee (usually $15), but here's the good news - when you book with Endless Summer Tours, all tasting fees are included in your tour price. No surprises, just good times!
Are there fees or charges at distilleries and breweries?
All distilleries will charge a tasting fee, which is usually $15-$20 per person. It is important to ask about booking this tasting experience, as some distilleries operate on a booking system only. This fee is NOT covered by Endless Summer Tours.
Additionally all beverages at a brewery are at the patrons cost. Endless Summer Tours will provide a "drink of choice" in the event that the brewery is the chosen destination for a "lunch meal".
How far in advance should I book my ride with Endless Summer Tours?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding and summer seasons. However, feel free to reach out to us with your desired date and we'll check availability.
What wine is Margaret River best known for?
Margaret River's calling cards are its cracking Cabernet Sauvignon and world-class Chardonnay. The region's is famous for: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon blends, Shiraz, Merlot and Sparkling wines. That said there are some beautiful Rose' Wines being curated along with many other variations on the old classics. Too many to sample!
How many passengers can fit comfortably in the van?
Our "very comfy" van comfortably seats 11 passengers.
Do you offer transportation to locations outside Busselton?
We happily service the greater Margaret River region, including Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup and Capel. Additional fees may apply depending on the distance.
What's the dress code for wineries?
Keep it smart casual, folks! While Margaret River is pretty laid-back, we recommend:
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes or dress sandals (leave the thongs at home), neat casual wear, a light jacket or jumper (cellar doors can get chilly), and a hat and sunnies for outdoor tastings. No need for fancy dress - just rock up looking presentable!
